How to Access a Virtual Hearing - County of San Diego If you do not have a telephone and or if your type of hearing will require video presence, the Court has established Audio Visual Access Rooms in each courthouse These rooms are designed to allow people who do not have access to a computer or smartphone to use the Court’s equipment for their hearing Please note that the Audio Visual Access Rooms are limited in capacity and not entirely
