    I'm confused The HandBrake WIKI suggests that the preset for AppleTV will pass CABAC=0 to the x264 encoder, disabling CABAC support I have now done a couple of test encodes using the AppleTV preset (which does not generate the CLI option cabac=0) and I'm pretty certain the result has CABAC enabled Why all the warnings in the WIKI about CABAC and AppleTV if the preset leaves it enabled

    1 When I encode with Anamorphic off, but tell HB to preserve the DVD's aspect ratio, is my Samsung LCD somehow processing the input into a "maximum" viewable area for the source material? Is the LCD actually doing for me automatically what HB can accomplish during the encode with the anamorphic feature activated?
